Each teepee is 130cm tall, 120cm wide and 120cm deep. The mattress extends to 180cm, so each child needs approximately 185cm of clear floor space from the teepee back to the nearest wall or furniture. A standard living room comfortably fits four to six teepees once the furniture has been moved to one side.

I typically arrive 2 to 3 hours before the party starts, so everything is ready well before your guests arrive. I come back the following morning, usually between 9 and 11am, to pack everything away. I will always agree a time that works for you.

Absolutely, always. Every single piece of bedding, including pillowcases, sheets and mattress covers, is professionally laundered between every hire. I would never bring anything into your home that was not completely fresh and clean.

It happens, and it is honestly nothing to worry about. Every mattress has a waterproof protector on it. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear is covered in the booking terms and conditions.

Yes. To secure your date, I ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the party. I will send a booking confirmation and invoice by email.

I accept payment by bank transfer. Once your deposit is received, your date is officially locked in and the magic can begin.

Yes. Leigh Shepherd T/A Sweet Dreams Events holds full public liability insurance. I am always happy to share the details on request.

Sweet Dreams Events is based in Surrey and covers families across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. I regularly set up teepee sleepover parties in Esher, Weybridge, Cobham, Virginia Water, Farnham, Godalming, Guildford, Leatherhead, Epsom, Cranleigh, Oxted, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Hurstpierpoint, Fleet, Winchester, Petersfield, Haslemere and Alton. If you are not sure whether I cover your town, get in touch and I will let you know. I am always happy to discuss travel to surrounding areas too.

Weekend dates book up quickly, particularly during school holidays and half term weeks. I recommend booking as early as possible, ideally six to eight weeks in advance for peak dates. A 25 percent deposit secures your date, and the balance is not due until 14 days before the party. It is always worth getting in touch even at short notice, as I sometimes have availability.

Not a thing. I bring absolutely everything with me, including teepees, mattresses, bedding, props, fairy lights and décor. All you need to provide is a clear floor space and excited children.
