Each teepee is 130cm tall, 120cm wide and 120cm deep. The mattress extends to 180cm, so each child needs approximately 185cm of clear floor space from the teepee back to the nearest wall or furniture. A standard living room comfortably accommodates four to six teepees once the furniture has been moved to one side.

We typically arrive 2 to 3 hours before the party starts so everything is ready well before your guests arrive. We come back the following morning, usually between 9-11am, to pack everything away. We'll always agree on a time that works for you.

Absolutely, always. Every single piece of bedding, including pillowcases, sheets and mattress covers, is professionally laundered between every hire. We'd never bring anything into your home that wasn't completely fresh and clean.

It happens, and it's honestly nothing to worry about! Every mattress has a waterproof mattress protector on it. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear is covered in our booking terms and conditions.

Yes — to secure your date, we ask for a 25% non refundable deposit, which secures your date with the remaining balance due 14 days before the party. We'll send a booking confirmation and invoice by email.
We accept payment by bank transfer. Once your deposit is received, your date is officially locked in, and the magic can begin!

Yes, Leigh Shepherd T/A Sweet Dreams Events holds full public liability insurance. We're always happy to share the details on request.

Sweet Dreams Events is based in Surrey and covers families across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. We regularly set up teepee sleepover parties in Esher, Weybridge, Cobham, Virginia Water, Farnham, Godalming, Guildford, Leatherhead, Epsom, Cranleigh, Oxted, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Hurstpierpoint, Fleet, Winchester, Petersfield, Haslemere and Alton. If you are not sure whether we cover your specific town, get in touch, and we will let you know. We are always happy to discuss travel to the surrounding areas, too.

Weekend dates book up quickly, particularly during school holiday periods and half-term weeks. We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally six to eight weeks in advance for peak dates. A 25% deposit secures your date, and the balance is not due until 14 days before the party. It is always worth getting in touch, even at short notice, as we sometimes have availability.

Not a thing! We bring absolutely everything with us including teepees, mattresses, bedding, props, fairy lights and décor. All you need to provide is a clear floor space and excited children.

Just get in touch and tell us what they have in mind. We are always looking to add new themes to our collection and if we can source the props and styling for your child's dream setup we will absolutely try. Please never feel like you have to settle… just ask!
