When my daughter Mila turned eight, I wanted to create something truly magical for her and her friends. A beautifully-styled teepee slumber party that they would talk about for months to come. The kind of night where every detail was considered, every child felt special, and the magic continued long after the celebrations began.

Unable to find a slumber party exactly like what I had envisioned, I decided to build it myself. 

As a primary school teacher with more than 16 years of experience working with children across Surrey and Sussex, specialising in SEN, I understand the importance of creating inclusive, engaging, and memorable experiences where every child feels valued and understood. I know what makes them feel genuinely seen and celebrated. And what creates the kind of memories that stay with them for years. That understanding sits at the heart of every single Sweet Dreams Events booking.

Mila and my six-year-old son, Beau, remain my most trusted source of inspiration. Every teepee hire theme begins with them, and only those that spark genuine excitement and wonder earn a place in the collection.

Every sleepover teepee I set up is styled with the same care and attention I would want for my own children's parties. Every piece of bedding is freshly laundered. Every prop is checked (and re-checked). And every detail is considered. Because for your child, this is their big night. And I want every slumber party moment to be unforgettable.

Sweet Dreams Events offers dream-worthy teepee sleepover parties for children aged 7 to 13 across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.
