So I want to be open and clear about exactly what a teepee sleepover party costs, what is included, and how you can tailor it to suit your family. No hidden extras, no surprises.
The basics of our pricing
Every teepee sleepover party with Sweet Dreams Events starts at £40 per teepee. That single price covers far more than just the teepee itself. It includes delivery to your home, the full styling and setup of your chosen theme, and collection the next morning. You do not lift a finger. We arrive, we transform your space into something magical, and we come back to take it all away once the fun is over.
We ask for a minimum of four teepees per booking, so a typical party starts at £160. That gets you four beautifully styled teepees, complete with comfy full size single airbeds, luxury bedding, fairy lights, themed cushions and all the little touches that make our setups so special.
What is actually included
When you book with us, every teepee comes fully dressed and ready for the big night. Each guest gets their own cosy space with a proper airbed and bedding, a themed pillow and cushion arrangement, and a breakfast tray styled to match. Fairy lights and theme props bring the whole room together, and everything is set up before the children arrive so the reveal is part of the magic.
The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery, setup and collection are all built in, so there is nothing extra to factor in for the practical side of things.

Our add on packages
If you would like to make the night feel even more special, we offer two optional packages on top of the standard hire.
Our Personalised Package is £20 per child and adds beautiful personalised touches throughout the setup. Our VIP Package is £30 per child and includes everything from the personalised package plus a few extra treats, including a personalised sleep mask, a metal water bottle with straw, an acrylic name sign, a gift bag and a midnight snack box for each guest.
These packages are completely optional. Plenty of families book the standard setup and have an absolutely wonderful time. The packages are simply there if you would like to add that extra layer of wow.
